Today's schedule is C-AG-D-A-B

C & A Blocks Social Studies 10 - Today you'll have the class to finish your Confederation timelines that you began in yesterday's class. Remember, cut & paste the events in proper order on your timeline and add a caption for each event explaining what the event is and how it is related to Confederation along with when it happened. Then there are pictures of people; place those people on the back of your timeline (yes, each person needs a caption of who they are and what colony/province they are from and if they were pro/con confederation). Use colour to make your timeline stand out. You will need to submit these by the end of today's class.

D Block Criminology 12 -  Today we'll delve deeper into theft by looking at burglary & Break and Enter. I'll need to answer the following: What characteristics must a good burglar have? (Look at Neil Shover's explanation on page 234-237 in the CRIM textbook) and What are the differences between male and female burglars? After that we'll look at arson and the motives for setting fires intentionally then we'll examine the five types of motor vehicle theft and identify how you can protect your vehicle from being stolen (target hardening strategies).

B Block Law 12 - Today we'll look at insane automatism (non compos mentis), intoxication, and the "excusable conduct" defenses of self-defense, necessity, duress, ignorance of the law, entrapment, and provocation. I'll need you to work on questions: questions 2, 4 and 5 from page 270; 2 & 5 on page 273; 1, 3, & 5 on page 281; 4 & 5 page 283. This sets us up for tomorrow and Thursday's Criminal Law Defense Project.
