Hello family...your marks will be posted outside of room 611 this morning:
A Block Social Studies 11 - Your term 4 and overall combined grades will be posted. The overall grade accounts for 80% of your final mark and the other 20% comes from the results of yesterday's Provincial Exam. These exam results will not be available until the exams are marked and submitted to the Ministry of Education. If you have your PEN (Personal Education Number) you can go to the government website and click on "Get Your Exam Results" to find out how you fared on the Provincial Exam but you'll have to be patient...the Ministry's website indicates that exam results will not be available until July 30.
B Block Law 12 - Your exam results will be posted but not your overall grade yet. I am in the midst of marking the final project and I do not anticipate finising this task until the weekend. As such your final grades wil be posted on Monday of next week.
C Block Geography 12 - Your term 4, exam results and final overall grade will be posted.
D Block Criminology 12 - Your term 4, final project and final overall grades will be posted.
Nestled away, in the back corner of G.P. Vanier, you'll find room 115 (we used to be 611). Lurking in the shadows of this room is Mr. Young...waiting to pounce on unsuspecting students and natter on about volcanoes, hail, psychopathy, criminal law defenses, cultural diffusion, media theories, crime, and urban models of city development. He loves his job in 115 and can't wait to work with you this year.
