Today's schedule is C-D-Lunch-B-A

D- Law 12 - Today we will finish the Law & Order episode from Friday and I hope to have a good discussion about responsibility. You will need to get in all of your work from last week (Chapter 7 questions and judicial decision from Law & Order). We'll review all of our work and then discuss criminal negligence, mischief, and enterprise crimes. You'll need to work on questions 1, 2, and 3 from page 201 in the All About Law text.

B- Geography 12
- Today we're looking at streams and drainage basins. You'll need to work on a few definitions, a diagram, and questions 1, 3, 10, 11, and 12 from page 481 in your Geosystems textbook. A map of Canada's drainage basins can be found here and the Canadian Atlas online has a great section on drainage basins too. Notes on these topics can be found here. Scroll down to notes on fluvial transport "Water-Borne sediment over land surfaces". Tomorrow we are off to the Tsolum River for a small field study on streams (fluvial transport and stream profile work).

A - Social Studies 11- Monday we will be discussing the Winnipeg General Strike. The assignment for the lesson will be a letter to the editor of a newspaper. You will assume the role of someone who was a spectator at 'Bloody Saturday', and will write a letter to the editor based on why you think that the event was justified or not.
