B Block Social Studies 11 - Today with Ms. T...we will meet in the library to complete work on the second part of our 1920's Activity (remember: both parts are being marked on content: not just a completion mark!). You will choose 5 Canadian personalities from the list below and identify their accomplishments. The front side of the card should have a picture of them along with their name, and the back of the card should list out who they were, what they did, and why they were important. There will be a template in the H Drive under "AYOUNG SS 11" set up in the library for today's class. The "Decade on a Page" and the flash cards are due by the end of class today (March 27th) so Ms. T. can mark them over the break. Today is also the final day to hand in your Zine Projects, and any outstanding assignments from your time with Ms. T. Thanks for a great 3 weeks! It was great getting to know all of you, and I wish you all the best :).

C Block Geography 12 - Remember the Koko Head (Hawai'i Kai) topographic map assignment? Remember the Orting College proposal assignment? Those were due already eh? We'll see what mayhem we can get up to in today's class
D Block Criminology 12 - Today we will continue our focus on shoplifting and you'll need to work the following:
You work for the Retail Council of Canada and have been hired to create a poster campaign about shoplifting. The poster campaign has two purposes:
- To help employees identify people who are shoplifting and
- To explain how to reduce shoplifting in stores (target hardening and target removal strategies)
Look at pages 228-229 in the CRIM text and yesterday's blog entry for help.
