Today's schedule is D-C-B-A

D Block Criminology 12 - First we'll finish our documentary from yesterday and then we'll watch an episode of Criminal Minds from Season 2 "Aftermath", where the BAU investigates a serial rapist who had been attacking young women at religious schools and stopped for six weeks. He has resumed his attacks, but is now targeting a different demographic of women. After I'd like you to focus on two questions: one on Groth's typology of rapist and the other on the causes for sexual assault.

1. Explain the three types of rapist according to Groth (anger, power, and sadistic)
2. Identify and explain the causes for sexual assault

C Block Social Studies 11 - Today is your Government of Canada unit final test/quiz and if you prepared for it I am certain you will do well. You have the block to complete this test/quiz. Your first order of business is to relax, there are no trick questions on the test/quiz and the questions are fairly straightforward in nature. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me during the test/quiz. If you finish, you may finish the R. v. Keegstra and Irwin Toy Ltd. v. Attorney General of Quebec questions.

B Block Law 12 -  Today is your introductory unit final test in Law. The unit test will cover the first three chapters of the All About Law text and will have: 15 True/False questions; 15 Multiple Choice questions; 15 Matching questions; and 3 Short Answer questions. Since you had a few days to prepare I am certain that you will do extra well on this test. You'll have as much time as you need for the test however it should only take 45-50 minutes to complete. When you're done you may finish yesterday's questions

A Block Introduction to Law 9/10 - We are in the library so that you may continue your work on the crime scene investigation project (Clue Us In). You'll have three blocks of time in the library next week to finish up this crime scene reconstruction activity. For more on Forensic Science, check out SFU's "So you want to be a Forensic Scientist" webpage or check out the "All you ever wanted to know about Forensic Science in Canada but didn't know who to ask" booklet compiled by Dr. Gail Anderson and posted by the Canadian Society of Forensic Science.

Please remember that I have books on crime scene investigation here in the classroom. Use these resources to aid you in the development of your project. Remember you need to create a crime...replicate the crime scene...investigate the crime as if you were an R.C.M.P. officer...and prepare a dossier file to hand over to Crown Counsel so that they may prosecute the case.
