For the remainder of the class you and a partner will discuss the defence of "Battered Women's Syndrome" in R. v. Lavallee (1990). You'll examine the differences in the amount of people and the types of crowds listening to the speeches. You'll work on a flow chart on the differences amongst Nazism - Fascism - Communism along with five questions on the steps to war.
