OK Criminology family remember that we takled about "Phoenix" Jones and the Rain City Superhero Movement? Looks like poor Phoenix can't avoid an assault charge. Remember there is a reason why we have a police force...the police serve as the official law enforcement arm of the justice system. They exist so that we can avoid vigilantism in society. Nonetheless it looks like a real life version of the Incredibles (an no Phoenix Jones is not Mr. Incredible) is about to befall members of the Rain City Superhero Movement.
