Today's schedule is A-AG-B-C-D

A Block Law 9/10 - Today we are in the library so that you may continue your work on the Clue Us In crime scene investigation project. Please remember that the library has books on forensic investigation and I have books on crime scene investigation as well. Use these resources to aid you in the development of your project. Remember you need to create a crime...replicate the crime scene...investigate the crime as if you were an R.C.M.P. officer...and prepare a dossier file to hand over to Crown Counsel so that they may prosecute the case. Good Luck. An excellent on line resource that you can use is Forensic Magazine - Check out the "Crime Scene" tab. Click on the magazine logo below to go to the website.

B Block Social Studies 11 - Today is your Government of Canada unit final test and if you prepared for it I am certain you will do well. You have the whole block to complete this test. Your first order of business is to relax, there are no trick questions on the test and the questions are fairly straightforward in nature. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask me during the test. We begin our history unit tomorrow in class and should be through the end of World War One just before Spring Break. Good Luck

C Block Social Studies 10 - Today we'll talk about the colonial government in Upper and Lower Canada and see why they were a cause for rebellion in both colonies. We'll look at the list of grievances in Upper Canada and the unique situation in Lower Canada (Quebec) specifically we'll see how economic problems, language and nationalism were contributors to discontent. Finally I'll have you work on questions 1, 2 & 3 on page 72 of the Horizons textbook.
