Today's schedule is D-C-Lunch-A-B

D - Geography 12 - Today we will continue our work on soil science. We will shift our focus to soil classification systems and the types of soil we have here in Canada. Using the table in your week 16 package and the Canadian soil map in Appendix B of your Geosystems textbook you'll need to give a brief description and geographic locations of 9 soil types found in Canada. Lastly you'll need to answer question 15 from page 621 of your Geosystems text for homework tonight.

C - Introduction to Law 9/10 - Today we are off to the library again to continue work on our forensic science web page project. I have the library booked for you on Monday and Tuesday next week so there is not very much time remaining for this assignment. You will have a law quiz on Friday this week (dealing with the court levels in BC, pretrial procedures and trial procedures). Tomorrow we'll talk about the Law & Order episode that we watched on Friday ("Coma" Season 5 Episode 2).

A - Law 12 - Today we will finish watching "A Civil Action". We will have a discussion afterward about civil litigation and then you'll have some time to continue working on your major project. We have library time later on this week so please have work ready to go so that we are not wasting time. There are seven classes remaining until your in class exam days and nine remaining in the course.

B- Earth and Space Science 11 - Today we will work on an activity exploring the phases of the moon. We'll watch a video on the moon in the remaining part of the class and will finish it tomorrow morning.
